SHIPPING & EXPORTING
Exporting of goods can be done, at your won cost, in addition to the purchase price of the goods. Shipping costs
may vary upon country as well as shipping periods. Wildly Crafted does not except any liability following
damage that occurs during the transport and handling of the goods.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
A deposit of 50% (non-refundable) of the total amount is payable on acceptance of quote. Work will not commence until proof of payment has been received. The balance is due prior to the handover of the finished product. Products will not leave the premises until full payment has been received.
CRAFTING AND DEVELOPMENT
Lead time: 10 - 15 working days for order completion. The lead time may be affected by weather circumstances.
Wildly Crafted cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to reasons outside of our control. You will
be notified immediately if your order is delayed by any circumstance.
COPYRIGHT
All products (design and fabrication related) remain the copyright of Wildly Crafted and may not be reproduced or copied in any way without written consent from Wildly Crafted. The client indemnifies Wildly Crafted against any claims, costs and expenses arising out of the infringement of copyright, patent or design.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of an order will result in forfeiting any deposit paid. Should the cancellation of an order be received once an order has been completed, the balance and/or full invoiced amount shall be payable.
Rude or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. We have a ‘zero tolerance’ approach to any kind of abusive behaviour. Ultimately, the quality of work done, as a whole suffers. Rude behaviour will damage motivation and damage outcomes. For that reason, it cannot be tolerated.
DAMAGE AND TRANSPORT
Wildly Crafted does not accept any liability following damage that occurs after our products leave the shop. Any damage induced by DIY projects, dropping of goods or rough handling will be the cause and responsibility
of the client. Wildly Crafted does not except any liability following damage that occurs during the transport and handling of our goods. As each animal is unique in both size and visual characteristics, the advertised products may vary from the final presented product. This variation is only limited to size and shape of heads and horns.
